Open AdGuard > Settings > Safari protection. The toggle should be on (it shows on the main screen as well). Go to AdGuard's main screen and tap (Update Filters). Open Safari, tap on the arrow-in-a-box symbol, scroll down to AdGuard/AdGuard Pro (depending on the app you use) and tap it to fetch a window with several options. Turn off "Enable on this page". Enabling/disabling protection on the website. Turning the switch off will disable AdGuard completely for the current website and add a respective exclusion rule.

AdGuard does not block viruses. If you're fed up with these pesky intrusions, many iPhone users feel the same way. Using a dedicated browser like Brave may be more effective. Please use copy and paste as screen shots can be hard to read.
